NZ-IPTV provides IPTV services in accordance with applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation. Refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below and may only be granted where the customer has complied with these Terms.

Technical Issues & Resolution
Customers are encouraged to contact our 24/7 live support team first. This allows us to solve any issue quickly before a refund request is considered.
If NZ IPTV support team cannot resolve a reported issue within 48 hours, or if the Service is down for more than 48 consecutive hours, the customer will be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for technical issues unless the customer has first allowed NZ IPTV sufficient time to investigate and resolve the problem.

Refund Eligibility
Service Failure at Start — If the Service does not function from the very beginning of your subscription and NZ IPTV confirms the fault lies with our servers, you qualify for a refund.
Extended Downtime — If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours and NZ IPTV confirms the issue originates from our servers, you qualify for a refund.
Duplicate Payment — If a customer accidentally pays twice for the same subscription, they are eligible for a refund of the duplicate payment.
Unresolved Technical Issue — If a reported technical problem cannot be resolved by our Support Team within 48 hours of thorough troubleshooting, the customer qualifies for a refund.
Purchase Within 72 Hours — If a refund is requested within 72 hours of purchase, the customer is eligible for a full refund.

Refund Period
Partial After 72h — unused portion only
None After 25% of subscription period
Refunds may only be requested within 72 hours of the purchase date for a full refund.
Requests submitted after 72 hours will be processed partially, based on the unused portion of the subscription.
Refund requests submitted after the first quarter (25%) of the subscription period have elapsed are not eligible for any refund.

Refund Procedure

All refund requests must all of the following:

Subscription details — plan type, and account information.
Payment details — transaction ID, payment method.
Issue description — a clear explanation of any technical problems or issues experienced.
Incomplete requests will not be processed. The Support Team will review all submissions and contact customers directly regarding the outcome.

Processing Timeframes
Refunds for credit card payments are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days(depending on the payement method).
In some cases, processing may take up to 90 days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
NZ IPTV is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment processors.
