NZ IPTV

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. When you purchase a subscription, you confirm that you have the legal right to enter into this Agreement under New Zealand law, and that you agree to follow all terms and conditions outlined here.

NZ IPTV provides online access to IPTV content, including:

• Live TV channels : local NZ and international networks
• Movies and series : Video on Demand (VOD)
• TV show replays and catch-up content
• Premium channel packages across sports, entertainment, news, and more

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not share, resell, or sublicense your subscription to any third party.
• Ensure your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements.
• Not bypass geographic restrictions unless legally permitted under New Zealand law.
• Not copy, modify, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and login credentials at all times.

• All subscriptions are prepaid.
• Service activation begins once payment is confirmed.
• Prices may change, but not after your purchase is completed.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where the Service is proven to be completely non-functional on our end.

NB: Service quality depends on your internet provider and device performance.

While we strive to provide stable and continuous service, we cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime at all times
• Availability of specific channels or programmes at all times
• That all third-party streams will remain active and uninterrupted

Service may be interrupted due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or third-party provider failures beyond our control.

All trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, and icons on NZ IPTV belong to their respective owners and are protected under the Copyright Act 1994 (NZ) and applicable international intellectual property laws.

NZ IPTV does not claim ownership of any third-party content available through the Service. That content remains the property of its rightful owners. By using the Service, you agree not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of content providers, rights holders, or licensors.

NZ IPTV may provide access to content originating from third-party sources. Such content is made available "as is" and without warranties of any kind. NZ IPTV expressly disclaims responsibility or liability for:

• Accuracy or reliability of third-party content
• Legality of third-party streams or transmissions
• Changes, interruptions, or removal of third-party content
• Copyright compliance or licensing practices of external providers

You acknowledge that access to third-party streams is undertaken at your own risk, and that NZ IPTV's obligations are limited solely to the operation of its platform in compliance with applicable New Zealand legislation.

By accessing or using the NZ IPTV Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal streaming or copyright infringement in violation of the Copyright Act 1994 (NZ) and applicable international treaties
• Broadcasting, sharing, or redistributing content without proper legal authorisation
• Fraudulent activities including misuse of payment methods or deceptive practices
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harassment, abuse, or threats directed at NZ IPTV staff or other users
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate or disrupt the Service

NZ IPTV may suspend or permanently close any account if there is evidence of:

• A Terms of Use violation
• Suspected fraud or harmful / illegal activity
• Unauthorised sharing, resale, or redistribution of login credentials

Ending an account under these circumstances is considered a serious breach of contract. No refunds or credits will be issued for accounts terminated for these reasons. NZ IPTV enforces this policy in full compliance with applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable New Zealand law, NZ IPTV expressly disclaims any and all liability arising from or related to your use of the Service. NZ IPTV shall not be liable for:

• Loss, corruption, or compromise of data
• Damages resulting from device incompatibility or configuration issues
• Restrictions, blocking, or interference imposed by internet service providers
• Legal consequences arising from misuse or unlawful use of IPTV services
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits

NZ IPTV collects, stores, and processes personal information in compliance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and the New Zealand Privacy Principles, overseen by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (OPC).

By continuing to use the Service after updates are posted, you accept and agree to the revised Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use are governed exclusively by the laws of New Zealand. Conflict-of-law principles do not apply. Any dispute, claim, or legal matter related to these Terms or your use of the Service will be handled by the courts of New Zealand, whose jurisdiction you expressly accept.
